Accessibility statement

Older adults, caregivers and people using assistive technology are central to the way we are designing PhleboSphere.

Accessible service design starts by meeting people where they are.
An older adult uses a keyboard with a large, plain-language prototype interface.
Readable controls, keyboard access and small-screen layouts are deliberate design work.

What we are building

The public pages use readable type, clear headings, visible keyboard focus and large controls. Navigation and questions work with a keyboard. The layout adapts to small screens and reduced-motion preferences.

Ongoing review is not a claim of complete accessibility conformance.

What remains to be checked

Testing continues across the account and operational workflows. Automated checks and visual review do not establish complete accessibility conformance. We have not certified this preview as meeting every WCAG requirement.

A specific barrier report helps direct the next improvement.

Report a barrier

Use compliance@phlebosphere.com or the contact page to describe the page and what prevented you from continuing. Include a device or assistive-technology name if useful, without sharing patient information. We cannot promise a response time while the service is in development.

A telephone alternative is part of the launch plan, not a current scheduling promise.

Telephone support is planned

Our official business number is 717-282-1906. A telephone alternative is part of the launch plan, and hours will be announced before live scheduling opens. Statement updated September 24, 2026.
