Terms of use
This site is a development preview for learning about PhleboSphere and approved synthetic practice. It does not offer live patient care.
Permitted preview use
Use only authorized practice accounts and synthetic information in application workflows. Public early-interest, private-consultation and cancellation-review requests must contain only limited, non-medical contact information. Keep your credentials private. Do not attempt to access another person’s records, bypass role restrictions or upload harmful files.
No appointment or clinical advice
A request is not a confirmed appointment or a clinical order. PhleboSphere does not diagnose, recommend tests or interpret results. Ask your provider for medical guidance. For an emergency, call 911.
No live payment commitment
The preview does not accept live charges. A public cancellation-review receipt is not a cancellation, refund or payment decision. For a future eligible refund, PhleboSphere aims to submit an approved refund to the payment processor within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays; a bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. Final pricing, service area, refund and cancellation terms remain subject to legal and operational approval before live use. Laboratory testing is a separate service unless a written arrangement states otherwise.
Service and policy review
Availability and content may change during development. Provider, laboratory and insurance affiliations are not established by this site. The Client Terms Document (LEG-PAT-001) and Client Collection Consent (LEG-PAT-002) are internally approved but not yet active. This website preview does not activate either document. Final contractual terms and applicable patient notices still require legal and operational review and launch approval before live use. Notice date: September 11, 2026.
