Development-preview notice

Privacy policy

This notice describes the development preview and its limited, non-medical public-interest email paths. A final privacy policy and applicable patient notices require review before real-patient services begin.

A PhleboSphere professional reviewing secure information on a tablet beside locked storage.
Privacy begins with thoughtful access, secure handling and clear boundaries.
Abstract practice-data cards sit on a desk with no names, numbers, orders or patient information.
Application practice uses synthetic information; public-interest messages stay limited and non-medical.

Synthetic practice and limited public interest messages

Use synthetic information in application accounts and operational workflows. The public early-interest, private-consultation and cancellation-review forms accept limited non-medical contact information only and may send a transactional receipt after the request is accepted. Do not include a patient name, diagnosis, order, specimen record, insurance, payment information or other health information.

A browser, session and storage concept appears as abstract, data-free interface materials.
The preview uses account and technical information to operate; it is not a promise of a final privacy program.

Information used by the preview

Account services process account and authentication information. The application stores submitted practice workflow records and audit events. Hosting and account providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

An unfinished collection request stays in memory on the open page; closing or reloading clears it. Authentication uses browser storage to maintain the signed-in session. Signing out clears the active session on that browser.

A role-bound access and secure-communication concept is shown with blank abstract badges and messages.
General business communication is separate from health-record access.

Access and communications

Account and workflow access is limited by role and authorization. General email is for business questions and limited public-interest requests, not health records. A public form receipt only acknowledges that a request was received; live client email and text notifications are not enabled. The preview does not enable marketing analytics or advertising trackers.

A generic help-request workspace shows an empty question form and support materials.
Questions and record requests need identity and authority review; the preview makes no immediate-deletion promise.

Questions, correction or deletion requests

Use compliance@phlebosphere.com or the contact page to ask for help without including sensitive records. Identity and authority must be checked before any account or record change. Retention periods and the final correction/deletion procedure require review before launch; this notice does not promise immediate deletion of audit evidence.

A cross-functional team reviews data-flow and operational planning materials without a certification badge.
Privacy, vendor, retention and patient-rights work remains under review before any live service.

Before live services

Vendor agreements, data flows, retention rules, patient rights and operational safeguards must be reviewed. This development notice is not a claim of HIPAA compliance. Notice date: September 11, 2026.
