For facilities

Reliable coordination begins with a clear plan for orders, access, residents and laboratory handoff.

A facility coordinator, clinician and PhleboSphere professional planning collection services together.
Facility service starts with a shared plan for access, orders, residents and handoff.
A facility coordinator prepares a quiet private space and a blank planning board for a future collection arrangement.
A facility plan starts with the care setting, not a generic schedule.

Prepare a collection arrangement

We are planning support for nursing facilities, assisted living, rehabilitation and home-health coordination. A written arrangement and operational review are required before a service is offered.

Facility staff and a collection coordinator review an empty planning document together.
Orders, access, consent, laboratory requirements and timing need agreement before service is offered.

Agree on the details first

Planning needs include authorized orders, resident consent or representation, collection locations, access instructions, expected volume, laboratory requirements and handoff timing. For a nonclinical facility-coordination question, use providers@phlebosphere.com. Do not send resident lists or health records by ordinary email.

Facility administrators discuss a blank wall calendar and staffing plan without a confirmed collection round.
Recurring service depends on approved orders, staffing and route capacity.

Rounds are not automatically confirmed

Recurring collections and facility rounds depend on approved orders, staffing and route capacity. A live recurring schedule or availability is not yet offered.
