Pricing may be updated before service activation. Laboratory testing charges are separate from PhleboSphere collection and travel charges unless a written arrangement says otherwise.

Travel pricing
Travel through 15 miles is included. The planned schedule uses one-way distance from the PhleboSphere office under the approved routing method, rounded to the nearest tenth of a mile.
A mileage tier does not guarantee service at an address. Routing, capacity, scheduling, weather and operational availability still need review.

Ongoing routine collections
Recurring Care
$65.00 per qualifying routine visit
Recurring Care is planned for qualifying clients who need ongoing routine collections. Eligibility requires at least two qualifying routine collections within a rolling 30-day period.
Eligibility, inactivity, grace-period and restoration details are reviewed through the established program—not guessed from a public page.
Recurring Care and PhleboSphere Membership are separate programs. A Recurring Care rate does not create or change the separate Membership fifth-collection benefit.

PhleboSphere Membership
$19.99 per month
Membership is a separate planned program for people who want a simpler path for future routine and recurring needs. It is not available for purchase today.
- 30% off routine collection: the planned $75.00 routine price becomes $52.50.
- 10% off eligible premium base pricing: applicable travel remains separate.
- Priority scheduling and early access: planned access to future same-day availability when it exists.
- Simplified recurring booking and fifth-collection benefit: planned support for future recurring needs. Every fifth qualifying routine collection is service-free under the existing Membership program rules; applicable travel remains separate.

Cancellation and no-show summary
This is a concise planned-pricing summary, not a replacement for future service terms. A cancellation or service-change request still requires review and does not automatically cancel a visit, membership, payment or refund.

For a future approved refund, PhleboSphere aims to submit it to the payment processor within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. A bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
