Collection, with care

Services

Home blood draws

Our planned service brings a trained phlebotomist to an approved collection location. A valid provider order may be required. We review the order, visit needs and collection location before confirming a time.

Collection, labeling and handoff are separate moments that need to stay connected.

Collection and laboratory handoff

PhleboSphere coordinates collection, labeling, transport and documented handoff. The receiving laboratory performs the testing. Test results and their interpretation come from the laboratory or your healthcare provider.

Provider and facility coordination

Provider offices, home-health agencies and care facilities can ask about future service arrangements. Requirements, laboratory compatibility and capacity must be reviewed before service begins.

Collection, not testing

PhleboSphere collects samples and coordinates their handoff. The receiving laboratory performs the testing; your laboratory or healthcare provider explains results. PhleboSphere does not choose tests, create clinical orders or interpret results.
