Clear orders. Accountable handoff.

For providers

Verification before ordering

Provider accounts require verification before ordering access. Client access must also be authorized. Creating an account does not establish a service agreement or a clinical relationship.

The clinician remains responsible for the order, instructions and diagnosis information.

Orders stay with the ordering clinician

The ordering provider supplies the tests, diagnosis codes and any fasting or timing instructions. PhleboSphere does not invent medical orders or diagnosis codes. Required documentation is reviewed before a requested collection is scheduled.

Follow collection and custody

For an approved service arrangement, authorized users can follow collection and laboratory-handoff milestones. These updates are not laboratory results.

Service relationships need agreement on capacity, laboratory compatibility and timing first.

Plan a future service arrangement

Service area, laboratory compatibility, pricing and capacity must be agreed before live use. For a nonclinical provider-process question, use providers@phlebosphere.com; do not send an order or patient information by ordinary email. No provider, laboratory or insurer affiliation is implied by this website.
